水電 5 人: 網路插座線路打佈管工程(立面佈管)，插座及網路出線盒定位，配電盤定位
5 Electrician: Laying communication cable and electrical wire pipes (vertical pipes on walls); Electrical and network outlet box positioning; Circuit switch panels positioning.
輕隔間 2 人: 部分隔間及封板修改補強。
2 Light Steel Frame Workers: Modifications on some partition walls.
木作 5 人: 門框及玻璃框立框，門片貼皮。
5 Carpenters: Wooden door frame fix-up into position; Fix up laminate surface on wooden door planks.
油漆 1 人: 木製門框批土。
1 Painters: Wooden door frame plastering work.
空調 6 人:冰水管移除及佈設，電路管線配管。
6 A/C Technicians: Old chiller pipes removal and new chiller pipes installation; electrical and control wirings pipes positioning.
鐵工 1 人: 電動門牆面結構補強; 玻璃門地餃練定位。
1 Metal Worker: Auto-sliding door structural reinforcement; Glass door ground hinge positioning.
